The Legend of Zelda

I have recently been inspired by the gorgeous work of Ben Strawn, who paints on layered acrylic panels to create a wonderful sense of depth and shadow. I thought it might be fun to combine painted acrylic with paper layers and this is what I came up with. I've been in a real flapper mood ever since I saw "Midnight in Paris", I expect there will be a few more in the future.
